Project founder, Liam Grogan
The Frederick County 4-H History Initiative was substantiated through the National 4-H Diamond Clover Project. There are six levels to the program, aimed at involving youth members in service for their clubs, communities, countries and world. The highest level is the level six project, which is a large scale community-oriented service opportunity.
With a passion for history, agriculture and 4-H, Liam saw an opportunity to give back to the community through documenting our shared history. We are witness and active in a tremendous amount of innovation, adaptation and change in the world around us. At a time when society is calling for quicker, better, longer lasting solutions to our issues it is even more important that we remember our past and who we are...
